We've been talking about hosting a community event for two years. Last month we finally did it — and the response blew us away. Over 120 developers, students and founders joined us for an evening of talks, chai and hands-on code.

Talk 1 — Shipping AI features without a PhD. Our lead engineer walked through how a small team can take an LLM from prototype to production: prompt hygiene, evals, guardrails and cost control.

Talk 2 — Django at scale in Pakistan's fintech. A candid case study of handling 2M+ daily transactions, including the mistakes (we shared real screenshots of incidents) and the monitoring stack that fixed them.

Talk 3 — From freelancer to studio. A founder session on pricing, contracts and building a team you trust — the business side nobody teaches developers.

The live-coding challenge stole the show: pairs had 25 minutes to build a working rate limiter, with the audience voting on readability. The winning team took home swag boxes and, more importantly, serious bragging rights.

Thank you to everyone who came. We're doing this again soon — follow us on Instagram or LinkedIn for the next date, or drop by our office on Shahrah-e-Faisal and say hello.
